Processing/Handling Time

Orders typically take 0-1 business days to process before they are shipped out. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Transit Time:
Once the Processing part is done then will start the transit time part. It usually will take 1-2 Business days.

Total Delivery Time:

Processing Time+ Transit Time = Delivery Time (1-3 business days) 

Cut-Off Time:
Our main time to handle all orders of the day is between 4pm to 6pm, so, this is our actual cut-off time.

Shipping Rates:

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your specific needs. The sales tax is also included in it. The final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, and the size, and weight of the items in your cart.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Expired Items:
First of all, all of our packages & parcels are fully checked and our staff ensures that the items aren’t expired or even near to the expiry date. In case of any mishap, you (means the customers) have the full chance & authority to get their money back, the money will be refunded to the customer as per our returms & refunds policy.
