We provide timely and reliable shipping for both perishable and non-perishable items. Our goal is to maintain product freshness and ensure customer satisfaction.
Processing & Handling Time:
Perishable Items (fresh produce, seafood, meat, dairy):
Orders processed same-day if placed before 05:00 PM EST or the next business day.
Cold-chain packaging with ice packs or insulated boxes is used.
Non-Perishable Items:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days ( Monday – Friday).
Delivery Times:
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days ( Monday – Friday)
Delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Cut-Off Times:
Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USA):
Flat Rate: $7.99 per order (all domestic USA orders)
Shipping includes all handling, packaging, and delivery costs
International shipping is not available at this time
Packaging & Safety:
Perishable items shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs or gel packs
Seafood and meat are vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness
Non-perishable items shipped in standard secure packaging
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped from our end, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.
Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your orders. Our primary carriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We use a range of Courier options to accommodate your product’s specific needs. So, based on your location and your product’s demand, we select the most suitable courier option for you that can deliver to you as safely and as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team just after the below-mentioned timeline for your selected product type/category:
Perishable items: Report within 24 hours of delivery
Non-perishable items: Report within 14 days
Customers must provide photo evidence of the issue
Claims handled as per our Return & Refund Policy
We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.
Expired/Spoiled Items:
First of all, all of our packages & parcels are fully checked, and our staff ensures that the items aren’t expired or even near the expiry date. In case of any mishap, you (meaning the customers) have the full chance & authority to get their money back if they successfully meet the return/refund eligibility criteria. The money will be refunded to the customer as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Customer Notes:
Refrigerate perishable items immediately
Store as per instructions: fridge 1–4°C, freezer -18°C
Inspect for freshness; discard if smell, texture, or temperature is abnormal
Customers must be available to receive deliveries
The customer is responsible for proper handling after delivery
We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed delivery or improper storage
