At Amc-Express, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs for perishable and non-perishable items.

Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns on perishable items such as fresh produce, seafood, meat, or dairy due to health and safety regulations.
  • Non-perishable items may be eligible for return only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, subject to approval. Non-perishable items may be returned or reported within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility & Process? (Only for Non-Perishable Items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can use the return shipping label in the package, instructions are mentioned on each return label i.e. how to use the label and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Spoiled Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Incorrect

You must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for perishable items)
  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

For non-perishable items, issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Issues Caused by Our Side (Perishable Items)

In cases where an issue is verified to be caused by our handling, packaging, or delivery process, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. All resolutions are provided at our discretion.

Final Evaluation:

All claims are subject to review and verification. Customers are required to provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging within the specified claim period.

Amc-Express reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the severity of the issue, product condition, and claim validity. But, still remember that “Perishable items must not be returned under any circumstances.”

Refunds & Replacements:
  • Approved claims may be resolved through:
    • Replacement of the item, or
    • Refund (full or partial), or
    • Store credit (at our discretion)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
Non-Perishable Returns (If Applicable):
  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is our fault
Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (fresh food, seafood, meat, dairy)
  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or special orders
  • Gift cards
Conditions for Claims:
  • Claims without photo proof may not be accepted
  • Claims submitted after the allowed timeframe may be rejected
  • Repeated or suspicious claims may be denied
Customer Responsibility:
  • Customers must be available to receive deliveries
  • Perishable items must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to:
    • Delayed handling
    • Improper storage
    • Missed deliveries
